A day of no work and I had lots of butter in the fridge from a shoot and tomatoes from the market so I made a tomato tart with roasted garlic and a little gruyere in the bottom.
Came out great, very tasty. Need to make more and also tomato sauce as all the good tomatoes start to dry up for the year..
