I am so depressed that Gourmet is closing it’s doors. It was going to happen but to hear it makes me so sad. People are commenting that it lost touch and was to hard to cook from etc but it served as an inspiration and was always shot so well. Visually the magazine was everything I wanted and now there is a void.
And if you can’t cook something as simple and beautiful as one of my favourite covers from maggie then you are better off with take-out anyway..
